Britain 'failing' net speed tests

At last they've noticed! why the number lies...

Find out your connection speed at speedtest.net - mine is currently 6033Kbs download and 378Kbs upload, which is probably the best I've ever seen it (even though I have a 8 meg connection and only live 500m from the exchange!)
